WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Thank you for considering IJO Photography for your upcoming photoshoot!
Before you book, please take a moment to read through the following information to ensure your session goes smoothly.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Booking Your Session: To confirm your session, a non-refundable retainer fee is required. This fee secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session before it begins.
Payment Options: We accept payments through CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay, however please contact before booking if this is your chosen method.
Late Payment: IJO Photography reserves the right to withhold the editing process, final edits, or charge a late payment fee if remaining balance is withheld or paid late.
SESSION DETAILS
Punctuality is Key: Please arrive on time for your session. Delays may result in a shorter session or an additional fee if extended time is needed.
Session Length: The duration of your session is based on the package you select. Please be aware that late arrivals may reduce the amount of time available for your shoot.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellation Policy: The retainer fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made at least a week in advance will be accommodated without any additional fees. Rescheduling within a week of the session may incur a fee. Attempt to reschedule within a week without communication may result in your sessions cancellation.
EDITING AND
IMAGE DELIVERY
Image Delivery: Your edited images will be ready within 10-14 business days after the session. Please contact prior to booking if a Rush Edit (2-3 Business Days) is needed.
Editing Policies: All images provided are the final versions, and further editing or alterations by the client are not permitted. RAW, unedited images are not available for purchase. Galleries are final and additional edited images will incur a fee.
LIABILITY AND COPYRIGHT
Liability: In the unlikely event of an emergency or technical issue, IJO Photography will work with you to reschedule or resolve the situation.
Copyright: IJO Photography retains the rights to all images. You are welcome to share them for personal use, but please do not alter or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
